What can I do with Social bookmarking websites?

Social bookmarking websites allow you to store, share, tag and organise your favourite bookmarked web pages or websites.

How do they work?

If you find a page on The National Archives website that you want to store for future reference, or share with other people, click on one of the Social bookmarking websites below.

If you have not done so already, you will need to register on their site before storing your bookmark.

All the sites are free to use, but each works slightly differently. Once you have registered you should be able to save, organise and tag your bookmarks. If you choose, you can share them with family and friends and other users too.

What is tagging?

Tagging is simply a way of describing a bookmark.
